Quality and environment
This section aims at informing anyone entering for a non-permanent stay in the premises of KRIBI CONTENEURS TERMINAL (KCT) on the main rules and regulations so far as health, safety, security and environment are concerned. The following are concerned: visitors, partners, carriers, customers, flight crew, suppliers, and service providers.
IDENTIFICATION
Anyone wishing to access KCT must be identified by the security agents. This identification consists of giving one's identity with a valid identification document and then provide the purpose of the visit.
ACCESS TO WEAPONS AND DANGEROUS MATERIALS
Cold weapon or firearms are strictly forbidden in KCT. The introduction of hazardous materials (flammable, poisonous…) is subject to prior declaration and confirmation.
TRAFFIC ON
BOARD A VEHICLE
Vehicle traffic follows the signaling plan which is communicated and materialised.
Efficient securing of transported loads:
1 - Good vehicle condition.
2 - Respect of the authorized speed.
3 - No phone while driving.
4 - Seatbelt is mandatory for all vehicle passengers.
5 - Prohibition to transport passengers in vehicles not equipped for this purpose.
6 - Correct securing of transported loads.
ALCOHOL, DRUG
AND CIGARETTE
Access to the container terminal will be denied to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Cigarette consumption is only in dedicated areas.
RESPECTING HYGIENE MEASURES

Everyone is required to respect site’s cleanliness and hygiene rules.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION

Everyone has to be committed to have a clean planet by minimising pollution risks and hazardous emissions.
SECURITY CHECK OF PEOPLE AND ROLLING EQUIPMENT
According to security procedures, random checks of persons and rolling equipment in KCT could be conducted.
TAKING PICTURES
Free photography is strictly prohibited.
CIRCULATING ON THE CONTAINER TERMINAL

KCT is a "PEDESTRIAN FREE YARD" zone, so access to pedestrians is limited. To ensure strict compliance with this measure, a shuttle bus is available to those who do not have vehicles with an access authorization.
WEARING PPE
Access to the site is permitted on condition that wearing of appropriate PPE is respected: Vêtement HV clothing for all / Helmet and safety shoe if accessing operation zone / Other specific PPE following task to be carried out. Any deviation from this rule will result in the denial of access / expulsion of the offender.
AUTHORISATION OF EXTERNAL INTERVENTION

No task or intervention can be performed by external personnel without obtaining an intervention authorisation, validated by the QHSE.
Establishing this authorisation ensures the application of security measures, the presentation of emergency procedures and equipment and the identification of hazards related to the work to be performed.
MANAGING EMERGENCIES

In case of an emergency, all occupants of the container terminal are required to comply with emergency plan measures in effect.
