STRATEGY
Our development strategy is essentially based on the application of specifications contained in the concession contract namely: using the 1.2perimeter, equipment maintenance, personnel recruitment and our services installation, in the short term.
In mid-term, the relocation to perimeter 2 of 675 meters of dyke and 715 meters of dock, with the purchase of perimeter 1.2 equipment and construction of the buildings.
In the long term, become a reference in the sub-region in terms of quality of service, cost policy with the possibility of carrying out off-shore operations.
INVESTMENT
PROGRAM
Phase 2 activities entailing: the extension of the terminal, the construction of three-level administrative buildings, a maintenance workshop, and a potting and de-stuffing storage will be provided for. The company also intends to increase its equipment.
